The objectives of this CSR Policy are to:

Our CSR initiatives are centered around the following key themes:

5. CSR Governance Structure
Level Responsibility
Board of Directors Approves CSR Policy, ensures compliance, and monitors impact.
CSR Committee Formulates strategy, selects projects, allocates budgets, and reviews progress.
CSR Implementation TeamExecutes approved projects, partners with NGOs, and reports outcomes.
The CSR Committee comprises senior management members appointed by the Board in accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013.
6. Implementation Approach

CSR activities will be undertaken either directly by Lee Pharma or through reputed implementing agencies/NGOs with a proven track record.

Projects will be executed within India, preferably in and around the areas where the company operates.

Each project will have a defined timeline, measurable outcomes, and periodic progress reports.
7. Monitoring & Evaluation

Regular review meetings by the CSR Committee.

Annual reporting of CSR activities and financials in the Board Report.

Third-party audits or impact assessments for major projects (as required by law).
8. CSR Budget & Spending
Lee Pharma shall allocate and spend at least 2% of the average net profits made during the three immediately preceding financial years, in line with Section 135(5) of the Companies Act, 2013.
Unspent CSR amounts, if any, will be transferred to designated government funds or CSR accounts as per statutory guidelines.
9. Transparency & Reporting
The CSR Policy and details of approved CSR projects, expenditures, and impact reports shall be disclosed on the company’s website and in the Annual Report.
10. Policy Review
This policy shall be periodically reviewed and updated by the CSR Committee to align with emerging social needs, regulatory amendments, and company objectives.
